ABOUT INFINI FORD
Infini Ford is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fordtown Foundation, previously known as Oakland Helping Oakland until 2020 when it was awarded a nonprofit status. Previously, she held a spectrum of managerial positions at Harborside where she leveraged her extensive experience and skills in planning and organizing to create result-oriented development strategies. Besides her role at Fordtown Foundation, she co-owns Oakland’s Own, Nxtlvl, Inc., and Zola and Serana Management.
As a dynamic and motivated philanthropist, Infini Ford prides herself on having an unwavering commitment to furthering Fordtown Foundation’s mission of empowering individuals and families in Oakland, CA, by providing opportunities to improve their quality of life. With her unparalleled leadership, Ford has a sharp eye for creating and exploring programs to not only enrich the community but raise awareness of key challenges barring individuals from realizing their dreams.
Ford currently resides in Oakland California with her husband, Justin, and seven-year-old son, Caesar.

ABOUT JUSTIN FORD
Justin Ford, the Vice President of Fordtown Foundation, brings more than 20 years of experience in management and sales. He is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of our strategies, programs, drives, and projects.
Prior to co-founding Fordtown Foundation, Justin, the Business School graduate, co-founded community-based clothing company, Oakland’s Own 1852. Justin was able to establish the Oakland Helping Oakland Program, which is now known as the Fordtown Foundation, allowing him to give back to the community in which he was raised.
Justin held notable positions, seven years as Machine Operator with Owens/Brockway, project coordinator at Cal-Steam company developed worked as a warehouse staff at Cal-stream, Quality Control at Fed Ex, and a management information intern at Port of Oakland. While handling various responsibilities and duties in these positions, he led efforts in meeting expectations and fostering friendly working relationships with colleagues and managers.
Fordtown Foundation leverages his excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills to foster good relationships with donors, volunteers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Justin is married to Infini Ford and is a father to Caesar.
